Daily Responsibilities
The Client Resource Coordinator manages customer calls for HVAC services, ensuring optimal scheduling of technicians for both preventative work and urgent needs.
You’ll maintain communication with both customers and technicians, providing updates, solving issues, and helping jobs move smoothly through the business process.
Regular duties include scheduling, debriefing techs, managing service completion, coordinating with billing and support teams, and updating account info in NxGen.
You’ll handle parts ordering, support with POs, reconciling exceptions, and take part in daily and weekly planning meetings, ensuring seamless operations for all parties.
Administrative tasks such as timesheet reviews, reporting, and follow-up on outstanding items are all part of the essential routine for this position.
