Day-to-Day Responsibilities

In the Stocking Associate / Merchandiser position, your primary duties revolve around inventory management—from unloading freight and stocking shelves to building engaging product displays and end caps.

You’ll handle order fulfillment for both in-store and curbside pickups and may also be called on to make deliveries, ensuring all orders are handled safely and professionally.

Customer service is central to your role, as you’ll greet guests, establish connections, inform shoppers about promotions, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.

Pros

The company’s dedication to team engagement and ongoing training creates opportunities for personal skill development and career growth.

Cons

The role is physically demanding; being on your feet for long periods and regularly lifting heavy merchandise may not suit everyone.

Working evenings and weekends is often required, which could conflict with some personal schedules.

Verdict

If you enjoy dynamic work, direct customer interaction, and value generous benefits, this position is a strong option. The pay is competitive for retail, and the company’s commitment to team support stands out. Just be sure you’re comfortable with the physical aspects and flexible scheduling before applying.
