Talent Partner
Join a growing HR team as a Talent Partner. Enjoy full-time work with remote flexibility post-training. Deliver a great candidate experience while advancing your recruitment skills.
What This Job Offers
The Talent Partner position is a full-time role with on-site work required for initial training. Following this period, you transition to a fully remote work schedule.
You’ll work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, making this suitable for those seeking a structured and predictable schedule.
This role focuses on recruitment across assigned units. You’ll benefit from working in a supportive and mission-driven environment for a reputable health system.
Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, plus at least one year of relevant experience. No specific certifications are required.
Travel is sometimes necessary to support local and regional recruitment events, so flexibility for occasional travel is important.
Core Responsibilities & Day-to-Day
Your main responsibility will be to attract and engage candidates through proactive outreach and then guide them through the interview process.
You’ll screen applicants, conduct interviews, and present top candidates to hiring managers. Timely communication is vital throughout this process.
Additional duties include determining appropriate compensation offers, extending job offers, and managing internal transfer requests within the organization.
You’ll coordinate and attend recruitment events as well as utilize applicant tracking systems for accurate reporting and candidate monitoring.
Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, is a key part of your daily workflow.
Pros of the Talent Partner Role
The structured workweek provides stability and predictability, which is desirable for candidates seeking balance between work and other commitments.
After initial training, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, reducing the need for daily commuting and supporting a healthy work-life balance.
Cons of the Talent Partner Role
The requirement to be on-site during training may be inconvenient for those who are unable to relocate, and applicants from outside the area will not be considered.
Some travel is required for recruitment events, which may not suit those who prefer strictly remote or stationary roles with minimal travel obligations.
Verdict – Is This the Right Fit?
If you have recruitment experience and value both remote flexibility and a supportive HR environment, this Talent Partner role could be an excellent fit.
It’s ideal for those looking to grow within human resources while delivering a positive experience to both candidates and hiring managers every step of the way.
